About the Event

The purpose of the webinar, hosted by EUROCONTROL, is to showcase and provide a critical discussion on the role of new aviation technologies, offering participants with state-of-the-art insights into recent developments as well as the sector’s future outlook. The webinar will showcase two new aviation-related technologies developed in the recent years as part of the Di-PEGASUS and AIRSHIP projects.

The sessions will offer a deep dive into how new technologies can enable transitions to a more sustainable and more digital aviation system in Europe and beyond. As the final instalment of the ATT cluster series “Aviation Twin Transition (ATT) Cluster: From Research to Results”, the webinar will conclude with an overview of the technologies developed by the cluster’s EU-funded projects, and a discussion of future directions and needs in the aviation sector.

The UAS Webinar Series – Inside the Enablers is a regular webinar series focused on sharing insights, developments, and practical experiences from across the drone and unmanned systems sector. Each session features contributions from stakeholders, professionals and organizations working in various parts of the industry, covering topics such as operations, technology, regulations, and applications. The series is designed to support knowledge exchange and foster a better understanding of how drones are being used in different contexts. It’s open to anyone interested in the evolving role of unmanned systems in industry and society.
